What is the shipping policy?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Is shipping abroad possible?

Yes, we ship all over the world. In the United Kingdom you enjoy free shipping.

Overseas shipping charges apply and will be added at checkout.

How long am I entitled to a return?

We have a 14 day returns policy.

Can I get my money back?

Yes, that's possible. Return the package within 14 days after you picked it up. The clothing must be in the same condition as when you received the clothing, unused and marked.

Can I cancel my order?

We totally get it, we'll change our minds too! We wish we could, but once an order has been placed we cannot change or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window at some point in the future.
If you don't like the item(s), exchange it for a different style or return it for a refund.
